Judy joined the Alliance in July 2025 and serves as grower liaison for the Kern County Citrus PCD and Central Valley PCD. Judy has worked with citrus growers on pest management since becoming a licensed Pest Control Advisor (PCA) in 1984. She continues to coordinate area-wide treatments for glassy-winged sharpshooter (GWSS) in Tulare and Northern Kern Counties and helps to protect the UC Lindcove Field Station from CTV vectors. Judy also previously managed the Consolidated Central Valley Table Grape Pest and Disease Control District. A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a fellow of Class XXV of the California Agricultural Leadership Program, Judy brings decades of experience and deep industry relationships to her role.
