Jessica joined the Alliance in July 2025 and serves as grower liaison for the Tulare County PCD and Southern Tulare County Citrus PCD. She is the owner of JML Consulting and has spent the past 15 years working closely with PCAs and growers on area-wide pest management programs, including the Vector Suppression Program in Lindcove. As an aspiring third-generation PCA, Jessica’s passion for the citrus industry runs deep. She lives in Exeter, California, with her husband, two young sons, and is excited to support local growers through this vital program.
